Rodney Demas
CEO & Founder, HighGrade Charters
Based in Atlanta, Rodney Demas brings more than 20 years of experience across air and ground transportation and operations. His work has been shaped by a practical understanding of the details that keep complex travel moving and clients well supported.
His operational background includes terminal, ramp, hub, dock, pickup-and-delivery dispatch, and linehaul work, as well as experience with owner-operator and lease-carrier models. He also brings a strong foundation in limousine and livery service, where discretion, precision, and a personal standard of care are essential.
As HighGrade Charters’ private jet charter broker, Rodney manages each request from the initial quote through contracting, aircraft sourcing, flight logistics, and post-flight follow-up. He translates each client’s needs into a carefully considered charter solution, coordinating the details with clear communication and attentive service from start to finish.
